Jay Francis - Evolution

Biography Jay Francis (also known as Tisjeboy Jay) is a Dutch stand-up comedian who has managed to establish himself in a short time as one of the most successful comedians of his generation. In 2022, he sold out the Ziggo Dome Amsterdam solo, only to repeat this in 2023 at Rotterdam Ahoy. In 2024, Jay received the prestigious Platina Ticket Award, after selling more than 50,000 tickets for his 5th cabaret show ‘Catastrofe’. In addition to his cabaret performances, Jay made his debut as an actor in the summer of 2024 in the Videoland Original series Jackson & Malone, directed by Hans Teeuwen. At the end of 2024, his documentary ‘De Schaduw van de Lach’ premiered in Dutch and Belgian cinemas and drew more than 20,000 visitors. This achievement earned him the Kristallen Film Award, awarded by the Nederlands Film Festival, the Nederlands Filmfonds, and the Abraham Tuschinski Fonds. Jay’s cabaret shows can be viewed on various streaming platforms: “Politiek Correct” is available on Amazon Prime, and “In De War” can be seen exclusively in Belgium on Streamz. In addition, he was a guest on popular television programs such as De Alleskunner VIPS, Ranking The Stars, De Verraders, and Like Me I’m Famous. Evolution Evolution...
