Bumblebee safari in the Wondelgemse Meersen

Wedged between a canal, the Bloemekenswijk, and the Wondelgem allotments lies a rugged piece of green. During the bumblebee weekend, we will put on our brave shoes and penetrate the Wondelgemse Meersen in search of the pluckiest of bees: the bumblebees. Unnoticed - until today! - and diligently, they collect nectar for their brood. Join us on a safari, meet the bumblebee colonies, and get to know them as sympathetic neighbors. 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Aan het tuintje aan het einde van de Limbastraat in Ghent. Registration is not necessary.
