Artificial By Nature, Resonate Productions

In a world where the human condition is increasingly outsourced to systems, algorithms, and self-reflection, two bodies ask themselves once again what it means to exist. In Artificial by Nature, theatre maker and actor Yannick Noomen and creator, actor, and composer Annelinde Bruijs take on the roles of two humanoid robots. From this artificial position, they construct a musical composition in which philosophy, voice, and body intertwine. Life is celebrated by two beings who are simultaneously trying to understand and imitate it.
