Een Milanese businessman has set his sights on building a resort near the beach of an idyllic Sardinian village, but he encounters one obstacle: Efisio, a shepherd who refuses to sell his house and his land. Even when the promised amounts become astronomically high, Efisio stands his ground, preventing the construction project from proceeding.
