‘Rozeke’ tells the compelling life story of Guillaume Van der Stighelen: the young inventor of ‘the siphon’, who after a broken heart decides to build a plumbing empire. The company grows into a success, carried by his devoted wife and his beloved daughter Rozeke. But while his fortune rises, he loses contact with his three sons bit by bit. On his 88th birthday, Guillaume looks back on a life full of ambitions, war years, family ties and missed opportunities. He has handed over his business to his sons, but at what price? And what does it mean when his childhood love suddenly reappears?
