Rising star Emmy d’Arc was at Werchter Boutique, Lokerse Feesten, Dranouter last summer and previously played at Rock Werchter and Pukkelpop. Last season she impressed in our theater as the opening act for Gabriel Rios. Her track record is impressive: MNM Rising Start 2018, supports for, among others, Sting, Amy Macdonald, and John Cale. With her soulful voice and energetic, fiery performance, she leaves no one untouched and this Limburg singer-songwriter continues her conquest. Ineke Tiolants, alias Emmy D’arc, is coming to our Club 77b for a standing concert. With her powerful voice, sharp songs, and a disarming stage presence, Emmy d’Arc is conquering all of Flanders. Behind her smile hides a driven perfectionist, who does not coincidentally derive her name from the combative Joan of Arc. In 2025, her long-awaited debut album was released, produced in collaboration with Jean Blaute. Full of pure and honest music straight from the heart, she is now back on our stage. Forget the polished pop girls. Emmy d’Arc is of a different caliber. While her peers were still playing with dolls, Emmy de Playstation-game Singstar was sung to shreds and she claimed her first guitar. The mission was already clear then: get on stage. Not to please, but to overpower. What followed was a fifteen-year crusade along more than 450 stages. From sweaty concert clubs to the holy ground of Pukkelpop, Gent Jazz, and Rock Werchter. With her debut album ‘Braving Fears’ under her arm, Emmy d’Arc is ready to play the international card. Her sound? A hybrid of intimate singer-songwriter pop and glowing power rock that begs for an arena. Armed with a guitar, a piano, a loop station, and a voice that can soothe like a plaster and strike like a sledgehammer, she creates a wall of sound all by herself that many a full band is jealous of.
