In a far-reaching adaptation of Ilja Leonard Pfeijffers monumental novel, Zuidpool brings the story of Alcibiades. None other than top actress Sofie Decleir gives shape to Greece's most controversial politician, unable to choose between his boundless self-love and the common interest of his people. “An acting performance without equal.
