BRONKS & BOS+ - Forest

Root drought, aggressive-invasive species, rising moss costs, and exploding nature tourism... the forest is upside down! Blue tits nibble on chips, beavers build dams out of plastic bottles, and squirrels fly around like unguided projectiles, fighting over a half-empty Capri Sun. In Bos tries to bring hope to Willie Wonders's climate show. The animals and plants sing and dance, but when their own show threatens to fail due to an outside threat, they lose their roles. Children's drawings growl, stuffed animals bite back, and the tension rises. Topacteurs Greet Jacobs, Titus De Voogdt, Mats Vandroogenbroeck, Simon D'Huyvetter, and Tania Van der Sanden step into the shoes of a gang of animals with a screw loose. With absurd humor, playfulness, and theatrical energy, they search together for a ray of light in the climate story.
