Alessandro Cortini is not only famous for his innovative work with modular synthesizers. He is also known as the keyboardist, guitarist, and bassist of the American industrial band Nine Inch Nails. Besides being a musician, he is also an instrument maker and developed innovative analog synthesizers such as the Strega. With his passion for experimental sounds, Cortini immerses you in intense and evocative soundscapes that are often also very melodic and cinematic. Think NIN meets Hans Zimmer, Philip Glass, and Sigur Rós. In this exclusive concert, Cortini presents his album ‘NATI INFINITI’, a 40-minute work in five movements, inspired by an immersive sound installation he created for Sónar Lisboa 2022.
