Dementia-friendly tour in the Bakkerijmuseum

Especially for people with dementia (living at home) and their caregivers, the Bakkerijmuseum offers a new, adapted tour. A guide will take you through the museum at a relaxed pace and stimulate the senses with recognizable scents, sounds, and stories from the old bakery. We focus on evoking memories and creating a warm, familiar atmosphere. This tour is not only educational but also a valuable moment of connection and experience – for people with dementia and their companions or caregivers. The dementia-friendly tours are free. You only pay the museum entrance fee. You can join individually.
