Apero classic | CU5 Brass Quintet

CU5 is a brass quintet consisting of five friends who are dedicated to making chamber music for brass accessible to a wide audience. The ensemble strives for performances of a high artistic level and is characterized by both technical mastery and musical ambition. The quintet was founded in September 2022. Some highlights of the past years are the recordings for Young Belgian Talent in 2023 and their own concert series in 2024. In 2026, recordings for Golden River Music and a new concert series are planned. Apero Classico is high-quality classical music with a glass of bubbly. Akoestiek, CC Wevelgem, CC De Steiger and CC ‘t Forum are joining forces for seven invigorating concerts on Sunday morning.
