During this information session, you will learn more about the ICT & Administration and Shop Assistant training programs! In the ICT & Administration program, you will be trained to become an administrative assistant with strong knowledge of the most commonly used software packages. You will learn to work smoothly with Google and Microsoft Apps, online tools, word processing, numerical data, and more. In the Shop Assistant program, you will learn everything about sales techniques, customer contact, cash register, e-sales, and more.
