Salty Sheep

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐩 takes you on a musical ride from the steam trains of the Amerikaanse Appalachia mountains to the grassy Ghent festival meadows. The trio ruminates traditional bluegrass into a fresh, more psychedelic version: newgrass full of energy, surprises, and three-part harmonies. Nelson Coomans (guitar, vocals), Wout Van Hauwermeiren (mandolin, vocals) and Roby Smeets (bass, vocals) bring a playful set in which virtuosity and fun find each other.
