Parkies, the BIGGEST smallest festival in Flanders, has been settling in Maldegem for several summers! Het Sint-Annapark and the grounds behind Den Hoogen Pad will become the stage for various summer performances during the summer months. This year, too, you can enjoy free live performances with top artists on Friday evenings during the summer months on Maldegem soil. From Friday, July 3 , the Parkies Concerts will arrive for seven Friday evenings full of atmosphere. The tour through the municipality starts with four editions (July 3, 10, 17, and 24) in the familiar Sint-Annapark, after which the party moves to the atmospheric surroundings of Den Hoogen Pad on July 31, August 14, and 21. The doors of the Parkies village open at 7:00 PM each time. From 8:00 PM, you can enjoy a fun opening act followed by the main act of the evening. Food trucks will be present, side entertainment for the youngest among us, and the bar is of course also open. Snacks and an extensive menu In addition to the strong live performances, the inner person is also pampered. Visitors can choose from an extensive range of drinks and enjoy a tasty snack on site. That combination of quality in the glass and the conviviality at the various locations makes the weekly appointment complete. The biggest smallest festival With 300,000 visitors last year, the Parkies prove their status as 'the biggest smallest festival in Flanders'.
