Ceramics workshop for beginners and experienced ceramists

L'Atelier 170, a non-profit organization, offers you an approach to clay and porcelain. If you wish to learn or improve your skills, If you like working in a group, this workshop is made for you at affordable rates. The ceramic workshop will be mainly focused on working with porcelain. In Atelier Céramique you will be able to learn the different techniques of ceramics: wheel throwing, coiling, slab building, modeling, and any other more specific technique you may wish to learn such as decals, mishima, terra sigillata, paper clay, stamping, molding, Raku, Raku-nu (naked raku), nerikomi, marbled clay, smoke firing, gas kiln firing, creating a plaster mold, … All these specific techniques will be offered in the ceramic workshop for those who wish, during workshops organized mainly on weekends and/or during school holidays. Advanced workshops with experienced ceramicists will also be organized for this purpose at affordable prices. The non-profit organization is accessible to everyone from 7 to 107 years old. The hours are Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and Wednesdays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
