Het Nieuwjaarsconcert of the Harmony takes us this time to warmer regions and southern spheres. Think of beaches and palm trees, of busy markets, noisy people, sultry evenings, catchy melodies, and … sturdy rhythms. That is why they invite a multi-talented percussionist as a soloist. Kjell De Raes leads the tempo on drums, marimba, and other percussion. Together with Peter Van de Vivere, the Koninklijke Harmonie Sinte-Cecilia brings a varied program again.
