A biodiverse garden is much more than just a beautiful collection of plants; it is a living, resilient ecosystem in your own backyard. By choosing a variety of plants, shrubs, and trees, you create a paradise for beneficial insects, birds, and hedgehogs. There are also many recycling techniques that can help you make your garden biodiverse, such as alternative grass management, the construction of brushwood hedges, the targeted introduction of native species, or providing a compost area. By increasing biodiversity, you not only create a livelier garden, but you also help nature and reduce maintenance. A small adjustment makes a big difference.
