Raúl is a cult director who is in the middle of a creative crisis. When a tragedy strikes one of his closest collaborators, he uses this as inspiration for his next film. Gradually, he invents Elsa, a director who is busy writing, whose life course starts to resemble his more and more. The two filmmakers become the two facets of one and the same character, in a game of mirrors in which the shamelessness of the autofiction reveals as much as it destroys. But how far can you go to tell a story?
