Johan Petit collects sentences. Sentences he hears at barbecues and family parties, at home and on the street, at the café and in the waiting room. In O Superman, everything revolves around that small gesture, around love and trust. For an hour and a half, Johan digs into his memories. He talks about falling on the ice, ecological 'snutten' (sniffing), and knitting a sweater. About failing and yet continuing to believe that everything will always turn out fine – even when it doesn't. The result is a hilarious, poetic comedy, in which Johan Petit as a master storyteller brings everyday tinkering and trying to life. Muzikante Kato Van Ermen and drummer Engel Peet provide musical peace in the chaos of his head.
