Langs de Maas, under the Scharberg bridge in Kotem, lies the festival meadow of BOUM Outdoor. For the fourth summer in a row, eight young people from Maasmechelen are bringing this unique spot to life with a dance festival that revolves around atmosphere, music, and enjoying time together. From the summery grooves at The Valley to the heavy techno of Under the Bridge , BOUM Outdoor offers two worlds that perfectly complement each other. What begins with sun, cocktails, and smiling faces turns into a night full of energy, light, and beats echoing against the bridge. Every year, BOUM Outdoor provides a huge line-up, with a mix of local talent and internationally renowned artists. Names like Amber Broos, Joyhauser, and Winson have previously descended upon the Meuse, and this year the stages promise to be full of surprises once again. In addition to a wide range of drinks, cocktails, and food trucks, there is attention given to unique decor and Instagrammable spots that add color to the grounds.
