Cross-border Singing 2.0

After the success of Grensoverschrijdend Gezang in 2025, eight singers and their house pianist return with a follow-up concert that blurs and shifts the boundaries of genre, emotion, and tradition. Nine women, each with their own voice, own color, and own story, join forces in a program that bursts with musicality, warmth, and surprises. Expect an evening full of harmonies that touch you, compelling melodies, breaking of stereotypes, and building of bridges. Let yourself be carried away again during a musical journey where everything is possible, except coloring inside the lines. This occasional ensemble of the Academy for Music, Word, and Dance consists of teachers at the academy and one of the regular piano accompanists.
