The term of office of President Mariano De Santis is coming to an end. He is mockingly called “Cemento armato” (reinforced concrete), because of his rigid character and overly cautious political style. In the echoing halls of the presidential palace, he leads a lonely existence, mourning the loss of his wife and listening to hip-hop. Before he returns to ordinary life, De Santis must make a series of bold decisions: two presidential pardon requests and a groundbreaking bill. These will determine his legacy forever.
