Domain and Castle Dennenburg

You can visit the domain and castle Dennenburg exclusively. Visit the domain and castle Dennenburg, perhaps for the first, but certainly for the very last time! Not only is the castle domain normally exclusively accessible to (retired) civil servants of the Federale Overheidsdienst Financiën and their family members. The castle will also be sold this year, Minister Jan Jambon announced in May. The rich history dates back to 1771 and the Moretus family of the Plantin-Moretus printing house. Discover all the history and other anecdotes during a guided tour. You will walk around the domain and visit the inside of the castle. Practical info: A guide leaves every quarter of an hour. The first at 10:00 am, the last at 5:00 pm. Be sure to register in advance, because places are limited. In addition to the guided tours, the Nationaal Museum van Douane and Excise will also highlight the history of Dennenburg in an exhibition that day, you can have a drink there, and children's entertainment is provided, including the 18-hole mini-golf course located in the domain.
