Larmes
by the Cie Quelque Chose
Larmes tells the story of a young girl, Odile, who can no longer cry, neither when cutting onions, nor when watching the movie Titanic, nor in moments of panic. Quand Madame Renaud, her favorite teacher, tells her that if she continues like this, she will end up exploding; she decides to take matters into her own hands and go in search of her tears. That is when her destination appears to her: the clouds. Seeming convinced that they must be experts in crying, she sets off, determined.
During her quest, she is accompanied – despite herself – by a young boy, Bob. He, he cries all the time. He finds Odile super strong with her eyes that not even the wind makes cry. He therefore decides to follow her to learn from her. Will he manage to be strong like her? Will she end up finding her tears?
Throughout their journey, they will be confronted with different adventures that will allow Odile to find her tears and reconnect with her emotions. For his part, Bob will realize that his access to tears, and through that, to his emotions, can be a strength.
