Bodywork and Meditation in nature 5/6 Series 2

An invitation to feel, to listen, and to relax. We work on letting go, slowing down, and softening. Emotions and thoughts can accumulate in the body. Through gentle movement, breathing, and simple meditation, we learn to listen to what lives within us. The focus is on: feeling and breathing, making contact with your body, relaxing, and letting go. We conclude each session with a short, optional sharing round. For whom: for sleep problems, tension, stress, overstimulation, burnout signals, or a need for rest and recovery. Practical: Series 1: Saturday 23/5, 6/6 and 20/6 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM Series 2: Friday 8/5, 29/5 and 5/6 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM The sessions build on each other, but if it is not practical to follow the entire series, you are also welcome to join individual sessions. Cost : €25 per session (3 sessions ). Wear comfortable clothing, adapted to the weather. Registration : You can register up to 14 days before the start via info@tuinvanademeneten.be. The series will start with sufficient registrations. Your registration is only final after transfer. A tent is provided for moderate weather. In case of very bad weather, this activity will be canceled; keep an eye on your mailbox for this. Location: This activity takes place outdoors in the food forest Tuin van Adem en Eten in Zwevegem. It is located in the extension of the Koffiestraat, parallel to the Vuurkruisersstraat in Sint-Denijs (Zwevegem). The entrance is along the walking path “De Blekerijweg” which takes you to the Kooigemstraat. Follow the signs from Kooigemstraat of Driesstraat.
