Komt een vrouw bij de dokter is a gripping performance about love, adultery, regret, and approaching death. Stijn seems to have his life on track until his wife Carmen notices a lump in her breast one day: breast cancer. While she is being treated in the hospital, Stijn finds distraction in the nightlife and in an affair. How do you deal with such a terrible diagnosis? And can you justify an affair if it helps you keep your head above water? An adaptation of Koen Caris based on the book by Kluun.
