The portable device that delivers an electric shock to the heart during life-threatening heart rhythm disturbances offers up to a 70% chance of survival. By means of spoken instructions, the device helps you through the resuscitation until professional emergency responders take over from you. In Damme currently has nine AED devices. If you want to learn how to work with an AED device and potentially save lives, take part in one of the free information sessions.
