Animation for children aged 0 to 6 and the adults accompanying them. Free access and without reservation for deaf or CODA people. Reservation requested by email, phone or at the Library for the hearing public. 5 dates in 2026: Saturdays, January 31, March 28, June 6, October 3 and December 19 at 10 AM. The "Baby, Bambin Sourds Bouquinent" project invites toddlers and older children to dive into the fabulous and colorful world of reading. These reading sessions allow babies and children to tame words, language and writing, by sharing, alongside hearing children, a moment of happiness, where wonder and gentleness dance. Much more than a translation, each story, told simultaneously in oral language and sign language, offers children the opportunity to feel and discover new emotions, to explore new horizons and to probe the world of imagination in the language of their heart. These storytelling sessions, free and open to all, are organized throughout the year in several libraries of Fédération Wallonie-Brussels, and are led by deaf and hearing storytellers and readers. We invite you, too, brothers, sisters, parents and grandparents to enter the exciting world of storytelling.
