Personal Trainer

For ten years, frontman Willem Smit has been able to express himself in Personal Trainer, the restlessly creative indie rock band that has risen from the grassroots scene in Amsterdam to a group that tours the world. For their new album 'Human Assholes', they started with the acoustic guitar and wrote the songs together in one room, far away from the cut-and-paste work behind a screen. Three years of non-stop touring taught them one thing: no song is ever finished and no performance is the last. We are happy to embrace that beautiful wisdom together at Club AFF on October 29.
