Della Bosiers is a chansonnière pur sang, deeply rooted in the tradition of the French and European chanson. She has been gracing the stage for 45 years and was for a long time one of the few female singer-songwriters in Flanders. None other than Ramses Shaffy noticed her at the time, which led to her gaining fame in the Netherlands as an interpreter of her own songs. With songs like Fleur de Buda , Jefke , Horizontaal and Mensen van 18 (with Wim De Craene) she left her mark on the Dutch-language listening song. Thanks to her literary finesse and crystal-clear mastery of Dutch, her oeuvre testifies to an unprecedented richness of language. It is not for nothing that she won the prestigious Tien voor Taal-pen twice. On stage, she is supported by her pianist and a guest singer.
