On Sunday, August 23, ’t Uilekot hosts the duo ‘Klanꓘ‘. Expect a duo, consisting of poet and performer Jan Ducheyne and author and musician Peter Bultijnck. What U see is not what U get. Electronics. A voice. Spoken Word. On the edge of the knife. Improvisation and tempo. These are playbirds. With their eyes closed, they find each other in kling klang sounds and intertwined sentences. The world comes in. The world is turned inside out, with a grin, what we are all aware of is sympathetically dissected. At the same time, the beats and blips resound. Naked like fat Mathille in Ostend (De Zee), and fundamentally propelling thought waves. Sharpen your senses, enlighten your morals, escape just in time from the thunderstorm above your house, come outside and let Klanꓘ sound, sink playfully and full of panache into your ears.
