Docu "Nelly & Nadine"

In the Ravensbrück concentration camp, Belgian women Nelly and Nadine meet. An unlikely love story unfolds within the camp’s walls, carrying the enduring strength of (sur)vival for decades to come. This documentary by Swedish filmmaker Magnus Gertten tells the improbable love story of two Belgian women, Nelly Mousset-Vos and Nadine Hwang, who met in the Ravensbrück concentration camp. Decades later, Nelly’s granddaughter sets out to uncover stories about her grandmother and this relationship, which remained a secret for a long time. This documentary is highly recommended by Marian Lens and is part of the various events we are organizing with the library for Pride Month.
