Summer bloomers and their visitors at the Schipdonkplas in Merendree

During this summer walk, we will discover the world of 'summer bloomers' and their numerous visitors among the insects. We will learn to recognize the typical characteristics of the most common plant families and look at how flowers and insects are attuned to each other. Along the way, we will pause at: - the relationship(s) between flowers and insects - species of 'visiting' insects, adaptations in their body structure, their behavior.
