An enchanting mix of magic, science, and sustainability Ladies and gentlemen, girls and boys, welcome to Ecomagie! The magic show Ecomagie informs students in a magical, interactive, and educational way about the possibilities and benefits of waste prevention and energy saving. ECOMAGIE is in fact a laboratory, where our professor (magician Guinelli) surprises the students with clever magic tricks with an educational wink. Global warming, waste prevention, sorting waste, recycling, insulating, and saving energy... almost everything is covered. The show is brought by professional magician Guinelli - known from Belgium's Got Talent and the former weekly television program De Magische 4 on VT4 - with his own decor, sound, and lighting. A show full of surprises that has had great success in recent years and was received particularly enthusiastically by both students and teachers! Expo Het Verborgen Leven van Bomen & Day program The leisure services of Lebbeke are organizing a fun day program on Tuesday, September 17! Before the performance, we are planning a number of activities and also a visit to the hands-on expo Het Verborgen Leven van Bomen. You can choose from the following activities: Challenge another team together with the Youth Service during an exciting game. Learn everything about the Peace Tree, the Dikke Eik, the Maypoles, and the former Arboretum at the Heritage Department. Make a bird nesting box or an insect hotel together with the Environmental Department. Sing and dance during Nature Score. Visit the Story House of the Library. Make music and learn a song with the Academy. Course 8:45 AM: arrival of schools at CC De Biekorf 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM: activity 1 & 2 & visit to the expo 12:45 PM: eating sandwiches 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM: free play & visit to the expo 1:45 PM: performance 2:45 PM: back to school How to register? Choose three activities per class (a visit to the expo is scheduled anyway). Send an email to elien.deroo@lebbeke.be before Friday, June 19 Participation in the day program is only possible if you also register for the performance. Attention, places are limited! After June 19, we will distribute the registered classes and provide the final program to the school's contact person by June 30. The program for each class will consist of two activities and a visit to the expo. Provide sufficient supervision on the day of your visit. We certainly do this too, but many hands and eyes make it more pleasant for everyone.
