Indispensable to the functioning of Humanity (just like oxygen, founding stories, and rechargeable batteries), energy is approaching its limits today. In the Senne valley, two centuries of industrialization have dedicated the territory to coal, oil, and then electricity — with the result: erased watercourses, polluted soils, relocated industries. The largest factory in Brussels, which claimed to be CO₂ neutral while producing electric cars, leaves behind a vast contaminated wasteland.
