Celebration of the July 21st National Day

The official ceremony will begin at 10:15 AM at the Saint-François-Xavier church in Bourgeois where the TE DEUM will be sung in the presence of civil and military authorities. In order to facilitate access to the Place de Bourgeois and avoid searching for parking spaces, we remind you that a bus will be made available to participants. Here is the itinerary: Rosières church St André Rosières Monument at Morts Rosières Café du Lac Genval Gare Genval Carrefour market parking Genval Place municipal Rixensart Place Jefferys (Colruyt) Rixensart Place du Beau Site (Proxy Delhaize) Town Hall (bus stop at the calvary) Bourgeois Place Cardinal Mercier Pour to benefit from this service, please register before July 15 via the e-counter or by phone at 02/634 21 57. The passage times will be communicated to those registered. Members of patriotic groups, accompanied by municipal officials, will then proceed to the traditional laying of flowers at the War Memorial of the Town Hall around 11:15 AM where representatives of the different currents of thought will also speak on a common theme before sharing the glass of friendship all together. The returns, to the various points of the itinerary starting from the Town Hall, are scheduled for 1:20 PM (arrival around 2:25 PM at Rosières church St André).
