TENDER AND ECCENTRIC WOLVES

La Chouette of cinema has brought together several short films around the figure of the big bad wolf in the program Tender and wacky wolves, which revisits this figure in tales and books, with humor and poetry, to lead little ones from 3 years old to see him differently...\n\nBig? Bad? Really? No, not at all! The six films in this program offer to revisit with humor the image of the wolf, taking a lot of distance from the frightening character of traditional tales. Here, the wolf will be by turns pretentious and ridiculous, tender, clumsy, funny, and even very close to us. For example, in It's Me the Strongest (adapted from the album by Mario Ramos), our somewhat vain wolf needs to be told that he is indeed the strongest by the characters he meets... They obviously think otherwise! Could he lack a little self-confidence?\n\nDans Trop little wolf, it's a wolf cub who presumes a bit too much on his strength and pays the price for his excessive self-confidence!\n\nSome of these stories are adapted from young audience albums, while others are original scenarios inspired by traditional tales.\n\nLet us also note that the authors of these six short films used different production techniques and thus created very different universes, likely to appeal to a wide audience of children from 3 years old, like Big Wolf & Little Wolf which tells, in a very personal style, the softening of a big lonely wolf.
