‘Mars 2064’ with Joke Emmers, Daphne Wellens, Birgit Aertgeers and Boris Van Severen

When, due to war, global warming, rebellious AI, and gender mislabeling, living conditions on Earth threatened to become increasingly impossible, it was decided in 2060 to build a settlement space station on Mars. Four years later, a team of scientists is sent to Mars to rebuild human civilization from the ground up. When the four arrive on Mars and wake up from their cryo-cell, they receive the message that a better planet has been found and that their mission is no longer important. But their trip to Mars was a one-way ticket. Mars 2064 is a tragicomic search for what it means to be human.
