Five years after the events of ‘Patser’, Adamo is even more involved in the cocaine trade that is increasingly plaguing Antwerp city life. His childhood friends are on the straight and narrow and refuse all contact with him. Jana, the new chief of the KALI drug unit, is hot on his heels, and a combination of overconfidence and personal problems seem to mean the end of Adamo’s success formula. When someone close to them dies in yet another attack, the "patsers" come back together, with only one goal in mind: revenge.
