As soon as agriculture appeared in the Middle East, this rascal literally grabbed a grain and spread across the whole world. The journey that 'Tjilp' has behind him is fodder for a page-turner. In 2024, they won the award for best live band during the Flanders Folk Awards. Begijn has been making the bird podcast 'Fwiet! Fwiet!' since 2016 and the bird magazine 'Fwiet', one of the most beautiful nature magazines that is made. His first nature performance ‘Kijk!’ was enthusiastically received by media and the public.
