The only certainty we have from birth is that one day we will also die. Have you thought about later yet? What do you want to happen or not happen when you can no longer say so yourself? That is what is called advance care planning. Talking about your wishes and possibilities, making decisions about your current and future care as well as your end of life, is not obvious for everyone. Advance care planning is more than filling out a living will. What is a living will? What is a trusted representative? How can you put your own wishes on paper?
