11th Poetic-Muzikaal Daensmoment

With our Daens moment, we want to go against the spirit of the times in an idiosyncratic and contrary way, which confuses noise with music and hollow words with poetry and silence. The poetry aims to bring humour, silence and atmosphere. It can be ironic with sometimes a sharp undertone, lyrical-melancholic, seemingly everyday or dead simple, playfully humorous and sometimes with a quip or a wink but always in function of the message of priest Adolf Daens: everyone is equal and no one should be excluded. Het Poëtisch-Muzikaal Daensmoment is an alternation of music and poetry. All this takes place on Sunday, June 21 at 4 pm in the Onze Lieve Vrouw van Bijstandskerk at Mijlbeek Aalst.
