Visit to Tereos Aalst

Tereos Aalst is part of an international group that produces sugars, starches, and alcohol for various markets: from the food industry to green chemistry. We convert agricultural raw materials (beets, sugar cane, and grains) into sugar, alcohol, and starch and develop sustainable and high-quality food products. The products find application in various sectors: food, energy, animal feed, green chemistry, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, and paper and cardboard. What can you expect? A visit lasts about 2 hours and consists of an introduction, followed by a visit (on foot) where we will focus on the highlights of the production process. More info and registration
