"Bumblebees" … who doesn't know them! These large, woolly bees, often black with yellow or gray bands and a yellow, white, or orange to red tail tip, are very striking insects. It seems easy to distinguish them, but nothing could be further from the truth. Recognizing these fluffy little creatures is often more difficult than thought. That is why we are organizing a "bumblebee" walk again this year. We will take interested nature lovers in tow to get to know these intriguing and very useful animals better. This walk is also suitable for children.
Useful information: Binoculars. Appropriate clothing and boots (especially after rainy weather).
Registration required no later than August 10 with Hilde (jan.hilde@telenet.be)
Maximum 20 participants.
Attention!
This excursion will not take place in rainy weather!
