In the chic beauty clinic of Hector Vermeulen (Jan Schepens) and Valerie Kreukwijk (Katja Retsin), you can go for liposuction, breast augmentations, and even a brand-new treatment that promises you eternal youth. Everything goes smoothly until a surgical procedure becomes very drastic. The operation goes grandiosely wrong. Hector & Valerie want to cover everything up, but the doctor's identical twin brother makes the pot boil over completely. Moreover, a police officer and an undercover journalist want to lay the truth on the operating table at all costs.
