A group of 60-plus-year-olds meets every week to – under guidance – loosen up their muscles a bit. But without tiring themselves too much. On a chair, take it easy, no fuss. Until their loyal guide – himself no longer the youngest – suddenly passes away. His place is taken by an enthusiastic young spring-in-the-field full of energy and grand plans. The chairs make way for gymnastics equipment and Olympic gold is his goal. Whether that is still something for the old folks, that is the question.
