SPW: Overnight stay at the playground (12 - 15 years) Stay the night at the Warande in Torhout! We will make it a wonderful sleepover together with a tasty BBQ, pillow fights, and sleeping bag games. Don't forget your pajamas, air mattress, and toiletries! Boys and girls sleep separately. Are you coming to the playground activities on Tuesday morning? Feel free to bring your suitcase and leave it at the reception. Then you won't have to go home again in the evening. It is possible to register again on Wednesday for a full day of playground activities at the reception. This way, you can enjoy even more playtime. After registration, you will receive an automatic email confirming your registration and the practical arrangements. You will receive an additional confirmation email with all practical arrangements the day before the trip. Cancellation policy - Up to 1 month before the activity: 90% refund. - Up to two weeks before the activity: 50% refund. - Less than two weeks before the activity: no refund. - During the activity, partial absence due to illness: - - If one could not participate for more than half the time: 50% refund upon submission of a doctor's note. - - If one could participate for at least half the time: no refund.
