SINT-GILLIS-WAAS
In In Sint-Gillis-Waas, you can cherish the past at the following locations:
In In de Sint-Egidiuskerk in Sint-Gillis-Waas, the Calvary that used to be in the cemeteries is exhibited, and you can discover the archive plans of the vanished chapel of that same location.

In the Old Peace Court, Kerkstraat 21, you will travel back in time with the exhibition ‘Vanished associations and Flags’ by Heemkundige Kring De Kluize non-profit organization.
SINT-PAUWELS
In In de Sint-Pauluskerk, you can admire prayer books that date back to 1750.
In and around the Roomanmolen, Mola and the millers put this beautiful mill in the spotlight.
DE KLINGE
In In de Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-Hemelvaartkerk in De Klinge, it shows how the cooperation of various associations keeps the past alive.
Spread throughout the day, the Sint-Cecilia choir will perform a number of times, just like the music association. They will bring a program of old, often forgotten songs.
You also have the unique chance to admire various rarely shown art treasures such as old church treasures and relics, posters, construction plans, religious books, etc.
Also at KLINGSPOOR in De Klinge, you will find a beautiful example of how the past is honored and is in good hands.
Vzw De Klomp shows the craft of clog making and the restoration of damaged clogs. You can view the restored clog machines and get an explanation about ‘ghosts’ (= clogs that remain and are put back together into pairs).
