The Dead - Live soundtrack: Nick Noel & The Red Rose Rogers

A cult zombie road movie gets a new, live soundtrack by Nick Noel & The Red Rose Rogers, who bring film and music together in an intense one-time experience full of americana, blues, and post-apocalyptic atmosphere. During Razor Reel Flanders Film Festival, the cult zombie film ‘The Dead’ by director Howard J. Ford gets a special reworking. Ford, a fixture within the festival for years, returns to Bruges with his raw and atmospheric film, this time in a new guise. Especially for this screening, the Bruges band Nick Noel & The Red Rose Rogers creates a completely new live score. With their lived-in mix of americana, blues, and rock 'n' roll, they give their own, sizzling sound to this desolate road movie through an Africa plagued by zombies. This unique collaboration between CC Brugge and Razor Reel Flanders Film Festival brings film and music together in an intense live experience.
