Guided tours of Aalbeke cemetery

Commissioned by Stad Kortrijk, heritage researchers Anne-Mie Havermans and Ann Voets recently started a study around three Kortrijk cemeteries and a churchyard. For each of these locations, Aalbeke, Rollegem, Bellegem and Kooigem, a future vision is being drawn up. Therefore, Stad Kortrijk organizes free guided tours at the cemetery Aalbeke on Sunday, September 6, 2026. During this guided tour, the heritage researchers tell more about the history and the vision-in-preparation. Ann Voets and Anne-Mie Havermans will enter into conversation with the participants.
